SHIPPING POLICY
We have two shipping rates. Our standard shipping rate which aims to reach our customers within 2-4 business days is £4 per parcel. Our next day shipping rate is £7.50 and will reach customers the next working day if orders are placed before 12pm.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will be more than happy to refund or exchange as long as the return is made within 14 days of the day of arrival. Please contact us via email (bluelillie@yahoo.com) before returning any items. Sale items are exchange only. All returned items must be in a perfect condition for re sale and complete with any tags.
Refunds will take up to 7 working days to be processed. Exchanges can be made as soon as we receive the returned item in re sale condition.
